We also have the possibility of adding mezzanines for more offices on the front (total potential area of 60,000 sq.ft. per building with mezzanine).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Each building will have bays varying from 4,000 to 5,000 square feet.
