Construction work begins on phases 3 and 4 of the Quintcap Écoparc St-Bruno industrial project!Following the start of construction work on the extension of Jean-Talon Street from Clairevue Ouest Boulevard, Quintcap is pleased to announce the construction of phases 3 and 4 of its Écoparc St-Bruno industrial project!
These two buildings are located near the intersection of Highway 30 and Clairevue Ouest Boulevard.
Each building comprises 50,000 sq. ft. of warehousing and distribution space with the possibility of a mezzanine.
The buildings are under construction and available for lease.
Delivery is scheduled for the end of 2025.
