Shoshana Quint holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Urban Studies and Geography from McGill University since 1995. She also holds since 1998 a culinary diploma from the prestigious Peter Kump’s New York Cooking School. She has extensive experience in the hospitality and culinary industries. Shoshana has been involved as a shareholder and director of Quintcap for over 15 years, and she is also a director of Canam Properties, a New York-based real estate investment and development company.
