We are pleased to announce the official launch of our new Industrial rental project at the Eco-Parc in St-Bruno at the corner of Clairevue Boulevard West and Highway 30 in St-Bruno (Exit #78).
We have just started the construction of two 50,000 sq.ft. buildings each with a clear height of 26 feet. We also have the possibility of adding mezzanines for more offices on the front (total potential area of 60,000 sq.ft. per building with mezzanine).
Each building will have bays varying from 4,000 to 5,000 square feet. Several bays can be grouped together for a larger space of warehouse without dividing wall (ex. 3 bays = +/- 12,000 to 13,000 sq.ft.).
Several uses are permitted in this zone, the main ones being as follows:
• Warehousing and distribution
• Wholesale
• Various fabrications
• Equipment maintenance and repair
• Pharmaceutical industry
• Laboratory
• Packaging
• Contractor services
As we are talking about new buildings, we can plan tailor-made plans and build according to our future tenants’ needs.
We are aiming for a delivery date around October/November 2021.
