Matthew Waxlax works across leasing, financial analysis, and the execution of development projects at Quintcap. Since joining the firm in August 2023, he has been actively engaged in underwriting acquisitions, negotiating commercial leases, and overseeing key aspects of industrial, hospitality, and residential assets, including hotel optimization and redevelopment initiatives.
Matthew graduated from McGill University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and holds a General Contractor’s License in Quebec.
