Paul Martin has a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and earned the title of chartered appraiser more than 25 years ago. He was a senior partner in a firm of real estate appraisers and consultants and then worked as a Vice President for a major real estate developer in the Montreal area for several years. Paul is responsible for the management of development projects (Residential, Commercial and Industrial), acquisitions, overall management of Quintcap’s real estate portfolio, supervision of various stakeholders, communications, etc.
