Ted Quint earned a B.A. in 1966 and a B.C.L. in 1969 from McGill University. He got involved with all facets of real estate. He has been a developer, a builder and a real estate manager since 1968. To date he has constructed in excess of 4,000 residential units, including more than 1,500 houses and 500 apartment units, more than 1 million square feet of industrial space, 500,000 square feet of retail space and 250,000 square feet of office space, several hotels and a mini storage building.
Ted Quint is recognized as leader in real estate development in the Montréal area, especially on the South Shore. He leads a dynamic and experienced team to manage an important real estate portfolio.
